Large house on the edge of the Brecon Beacons

Lovely house very comfortable and warm Easy communication

Only downside was parking

Well decorated. Upstairs facilities good & spacious. Bathrooms good.

Not enough comfortable seating in the lounge for 8 people. Kitchen/diner was a squeeze for 8. Only 1 shelf in oven. No washing up liquid.

Good size house and very spacious.

Broken and missing spindles on the stairs, smoke alarm hanging off the ceiling, not cleaned properly as we found food in the bedrooms and kitchen which was moldy. Blood stains on wall, stairs extremely steep and yet no stair gates. Parking was awful, the property states it has private parking, but this is not the case. No welcome pack as stated you should receive, I could go on!!!! Poor communication when the issues were raised with the host!

The house was extremely spacious, excellent showers and bathroom, very comfortable beds and pillows, first class and modern appliances in kitchen and elsewhere. The landlord was very helpful.

Parking initially was a problem but turned out to be ok. Our first impression was not ideal as there were full, open and smelly recycling bins in the garden by the front door. We managed to shut them and move them out of sight for our stay.

Such a gorgeous, spacious house. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 children. We especially liked the play room on the top floor!

Everything was perfect, the only slight problem was there were no toiletries. It was detailed in the description that toiletries were provided so I didn’t bring any shower gel/bubble bath. We just had to nip to the shops to get some so no big drama

Great location for bike park wales and plenty of room and bathrooms for a large group.

Some kitchen cupboards were hard to open and the house wasn’t that clean - food left in microwave, rubbish at the end of one bed and some unclean bedsheets.

Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our whole group. Well-equipped kitchen, lovely bathrooms and decor. We especially like the bluetooth mirrors! The dining table extends and there were enough chairs for us all to sit together, which was perfect.

There was litter all over the front steps and garden, which we had to tidy up before the rest of the group arrived - the recent windy weather won't have helped this but previous guests hadn't put the recycling out as requested. My husband tidied up and put the glass recycling out as it was beyond full; there were bits of tile and plaster and dog mess on the lawn. The wood platform of the decked area is rotten and nearly gave way underneath us. There is a spindle missing out there with a long rusty nail sticking out of the gap and so we couldn’t use the deck although I did try to make it safe with a few house bricks that were out there. There are some spindles missing on the interior stairs too, which might be a problem for people with very small children.

Excellent location for our hiking weekend. House was comfortable and large enough for our family
