The sofa had too put cushions under top ones no bedside light in single bedroom and bedside cabinet needed

Cosy cottage. Walking distance to Fakenham town centre and the Racecourse. Quiet ,despite being near a main road as it has a row of cottages in front of it. Parking nearby. Great as a base for visiting North Norfolk. Would be good for cyclists or ramblers as there is an outhouse with a washing machine to wash dirty and a safe place for a bike. Decent hairdryer,small vacuum cleaner, cleaning products supplied. There is a small supply of U.H.T milk,tea ,coffee, condiments supplied which would be useful if you arrived late and no shops were open. Comfortable stay- would stay again

This was our third stay in this lovely little cottage. Love the new TV this year's stay. Bed is amazingly comfortable. And walking distance from the race track and other amenities such as pubs and restaurants. Communication with Jason the owner is always amazing.

somewhere to hang wet coats and some hooks in small bedroom on door and proper pillows in small bedroom

This was our second stay here. The cottage is just lovely, so clean and comfortable, and has everything we needed. The host Jason is excellent with responding to messages. Will definitely be booking it again.

Everything brilliant can't wait to book again.
