The Hideaway

Good location with several dog friendly beaches within easy reach with the car. Friendly and helpful Host. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Bathroom/shower was great, looked newly fitted. Bedroom was lovely, comfy bed.

The living room area was smaller than we'd expected but we were only really there for a base to sleep, shower, eat and go. The Courtyard was overgrown so we didn't really get to use that as an outdoor space which was a shame.

Quaint, secluded and cosy. Tastefully decorated throughout with comfy bed and lovely bathroom plus a wood burner to snuggle up to.

Nothing it was all good

The location (12 mins out of Falmouth) suited us and was in a quiet country lane. Warm, cute and cozy with all listed facilities working. Upstairs the bed was clean and very comfortable, though a little smaller than we have been used to. Woodburner worked fine and we were snug in late April. Rustic charm abounds, especially in the little private courtyard. We enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Maybe bring slippers due to the original (ie. cold & hard) granite floor downstairs (with some rugs) 😉

Cosy cottage

We loved everything about the Hideaway. It's so cosy and tastefully decorated. The kitchen and bathroom had everything needed for a longer stay and it was great to be able to light the wood burner. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and quick to respond when needed. The area is beautiful and there's plenty of interesting things to do nearby.

We liked it all.

Old look. Nice wood burner and nice room.

It gets too cold immediately after heating off. Very very cold. I have had to ask owner to put heating on. Because it’s on timer. Otherwise I liked and enjoyed the stay.
