A sizeable and perfectly appointed property. 9 of us stayed for a three day break and we couldn’t have wanted anything more. would love to come back.

maybe a couple of armchairs - 9 of us were a bit cramped on the large corner sofa.

"A lovely house ideal for a large family reunion ."

Exceptionally well equipped for our whole family to enjoy our Xmas get together. Facilities all excellent especially kitchen . The hot tub is the “icing on the cake “ Location is great for walks / relaxation / seclusion with a good balance of the short drive to Leyburn and it’s shops etc . Wonderful birthday lunch ( for 9 ! ) at nearby Wensleydale Heifer restaurant. The people who run / manage this place are great - exceptionally helpful and friendly.

"Wonderful weekend retreat"

Very good facilities including the hot tub and the light up pictures in each of the bedrooms. The property has beautiful views from the garden.

We were very happy with the property, the only think that we think could be improved upon is the knives in the kitchen (they weren’t very sharp for cutting things).

It was beautifully decorated, kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, hot tub was fantastic

the ladies who slept in the front rooms were disturbed by traffic early in the morning but I know that’s not something that can be changed.
