"Perfect location for our golf trip. Easy walk for eating out on evenings."

Excellent location. Easy walk to local restaurants and pub. Very well equipped kitchen.

We weren’t advised about building works outside house so lost the views we were expecting. New towels had not been washed so black fluff coming off when getting dried!! Only 1 hand towel which we put in downstairs toilet but none for kitchen or bathrooms.

Location is very good. Convenient for beach and restaurants. There would be very good views from the house if roadworks had not been taking place directly in front of the property.

First impression was disappointing. The front entrance is poorly presented. Garden needed grass cut. Bare floorboards which would require to have some work done to make them welcoming. Also bare floorboards throughout the ground floor need work done. The house needs attention to paintwork and maintenance.

Excellent location in a lovely village

House very dirty. Cutlery greasy. Poor, uncomfortable matresses that smelt fusty. The whole house needed a good clean and update. Several electrical appliances and sockets did not look safe and were certainly not PAT tested. We have stayed in many rental homes over the years and this is by far the worse. Such a pity as the house had so much potential. The patio furniture was absolutely filthy and had obviously not been unpacked since last summer. We actually came back home after two nights and we were sick of the dirty conditions.

"This is my go to place in Beadnell Bay there are other properties but I just really like this one."

I have stayed in this property several times, its a home from home. very comfy - something about it feels nice, even when I use the Annex next door on my own. I have even rented both properties together. The property looks directly out to sea, the livng room and front bedroom have a 5 star view of the Sea. There are 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite and the other with a Bathroom next door. The property is just a stroll away from a beautiful sandy beach to the right as you step outside, there is also a very nice Cafe/Bar at the beach, and to the left an interesting rocky beach. Also to the left is a shop, two very nice Pubs, and two very good cafes, above average standards I would say. You don't have to get your car out when you stay here, you can even do a nice walk to Seahouses. Bamborough is a short drive away and then you have Holy Island and many more places to see. Unfortunately if you travel alone you still have to pay full price for properties which is why I stayed in the annex a few times, but the price for that is catching up with the house.

Nothing really. Please note in my answer about the beach, there are two beaches and they are both completely different. One is rocky and one is a very large sandy beach.
