loved the modern decor inside and view from outside patio. Roberta was very kind and checked to see if anything was needed during our stay

We loved everything about the house! The beautiful home has an unobstructed view of a lovely mountain range and part of the lake. Only trees were in the way of a full view. The property is a 12 minute walk to beautiful downtown (via a small walkway that saved time) where we caught the ferry to see other towns. The home itself was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook for yourself if you wanted, two lovely bedrooms, a huge sliding door that was not only floor to ceiling glass, but also all windows and that door had electric privacy shades at the touch of a button. We were greeted personally by the owner who helped us with our heavy luggage and she took a lot of time to show us about the house. We were given a bottle of sparkling wine, cold water and thoughtful snacks. When we arrived the first afternoon it was raining and she took us shopping with her to a local market where we stocked up on some food and gave us some sightseeing info and places she recommended to eat. She was helpful in every way! It was like be hosted by family.

We loved everything about the house and the owner. The only thing that could have been better is if it hadn't rained the first day and half, but the house was equipped with more umbrellas than we needed and it was still a drizzly 70 degrees so we ventured on into the rain with smiles.

This is a wonderful modern and well appointed holiday home in a beautiful and convenient location. We loved relaxing on the patio with the amazing view. You can easily walk into the centre of Bellagio for restaurants and ferrys. We swam in the lake just down the lane from the house and there is also a nice restaurant very close if feeling lazy! We had our car and the parking was very easy and secure. Thanks to the friendly owners for being so welcoming.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here and we will be back! Beautiful property in a very peaceful and scenic location. Roberta is the most wonderful host, so very helpful and kind - picked us up from our bus drop off spot on arrival and took us to the ferry on leaving. Told us the best places to shop for grocery supplies, eat out, go swimming, tours to go on, best places to visit in the area (in our short time there). The cottage had everything we needed and more, welcome snacks and a bottle of prosecco! Did not want to leave (that's how much i loved it)!

Roberta our host was absolutely amazing and so accommodating. The location was absolutely perfect and the house and the grounds were beautiful, even more so than the pictures. It truly was a perfect stay and I'm a pretty picky. Will definitely stay there again. It felt like we were living in a fairytale, the most beautiful view. Close enough to walk to the city (beautiful walk to get there) but tucked away enough for privacy and to slow down. Highly recommend.

The property itself has been beautifully restored with great attention to detail. it is an amazing peaceful location but still only a short walk to Bellagio. it also has a great outdoor dining and seating area. it really is a super property.

There is nothing that we did not like about this lovely property.
