The place is very nice and very clean. Everything seems new and in a great condition. You have quite a lot of space, everything you might need, terrace with great view, parking space for a car. Very pleasant and helpful host. Would highly recommend!

Roberta and her husband are incredibly knowledgable and attentive hosts, and extremely nice people! And to top everything off, the unit has an stunning view of the beautiful Rockefeller Foundation.

Villa is fabulous on an elevated position with picturesque views over the lake. Peaceful and relaxing location 10 mins walk from Bellagio centre/ferries dining etc Villa has everything you could need and more. Villa is spacious, spotlessly clean and modern yet keeps Italian rustic charm I chose the Villa based on previous reviews on booking.com and was not disappointed. Roberta is the best host that you could ever wish for. She collected us from the ferry and took us personally to the Villa. She kindly arranged a reliable driver to take us back to Bergamo airport at 2.30am for our departure to the UK Roberta explained clearly and patiently all the aspects of using the Villa and how to navigate to surrounding area with points of interest etc Roberta is a kind, attentive thoughtful and genuine beautiful person to have met and I would not hesitate to recommend her wonderful villa

Nothing "Perfetto"

The apartment is absolutely lovely, the pictures don't do it justice! Everything is very new, clean and in great condition. It's spacious and so comfortable. The location is fantastic, around 10 minutes to bellagio centre, its a really nice walk. The views were stunning and the grounds with the little vineyard were picturesque. Roberta is a wonderful host, very caring and responsive, she even gave us a lift to the ferry early on our day of departure. Overall only have great things to say!

Roberta was a very gracious host and obviously took extreme pride in taking care of her guests. We celebrated our 48th anniversary here and talking about returning for our 50th.

The property is in a pristine location, next to a vineyard with a gorgeous view. Old rustic charm meets completely modern with so much space and everything that opens and shuts. Peaceful neighborhood, close to amenities. Very special property.

Beautiful location with great views, shops and ferry to other locations around lake Como within walking distance. House is equipped with anything you'd need. Amazing and friendly host, thank you!

Absolutely fabulous. We stayed here with our kids (ages10,12,13)and had the best time. It’s quiet , clean and modern. Great air conditioning. There is a wonderful bakery with gelato, and great pizza practically in the backyard, a two minute walk. Groceries are close by and town is just a 10 minute walk. Our kids could walk to town and back on their own. There is also a beautiful swimming hole at the bottom of the street, a minute walk away. Roberta and her husband are the best hosts, they took such great care of us. This rental is perfect in every way. The views are stunning. This is the most relaxing rental we have ever stayed in. Don’t miss out, book this one!
