Everything. Excellent host, Roberta was more than helpful throughout our stay . The house is modern and equipped with Everything you could possibly need ,beautiful location with stunning views. Would recommend 100%

Nothing. Perfect

Il Crotto has magnificent views in every direction in a tranquil setting which we enjoyed from the spacious terrace, watching the play of light on the lake, listening to birdsong. Our host is one of most helpful people I have ever met. The stone farmhouse is renovated with high-end finishes, a big, modern kitchen and huge windows.

For me, the 15-20 min walk into town was tough, but I am mobility-challenged. The rest of the group had no difficulty with the walk, however. The hard surfaces made sound reverberation a bit of an issue. Although the bedrooms are very nicely separated, not much goes on without everyone hearing everything

The ease with which we were able to contact the host and receive they keys on arrival. The host were polite and even offered to help carry our luggage from the car to the property.

Roberta and her family have created a real gem in Bellagio. The house it’s absolutely perfect, equipped with everything you could possibly need, in an ideal location for discovering Bellagio, yet in a peaceful & quiet area. It’s immaculately clean, with brand new appliances, the beds are very comfortable. Not to mention the views are breathtaking from the whole house. Excellent private parking with EV charging. It was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you Roberta

Roberta was a lovely host and even offered to pick us up and drop us off at the port in Bellagio. Great communication - would 100% recommend

Great view of the lake, the house is perfect, even better from the fhotos i had seen, you have everything you need even for a long stay, quiet and peaceful place, 2m from a little harbor, and also in a walkable distance from restaurants etc.,the owner very polite and helpful, hope we'll be there again!

Beautiful place to stay, very nice view over the lake directly from the house, parking lot at the house, easy access, completly equipped kitchen, HVAC, heating - everything is very new and working properly. Some old wine grapes in the garden - relaxed atmosphere. Roberta is very nice and offering a lot of help and support during the stay, highly appreciated the nice conversation….
