L09 - The Snowdon Spa with Hot Tub

Great location for Zip World - walkable.

There were a few unclean things - cutlery and oven. Plastic glasses and only 4 forks. 1 st world problems really. Could do with brighter bulbs in the lights.

Get inside. Really neat and cosy!

Ordered takeaway from the restaurant and all members of the party were disappointed considering the price. If I had to guess they were all warmed up microwave meals. Steer clear of that

it was very comfortable and well set up. Lovely decking area with hot tub. Very relaxing. The food on site was amazing, though they often booked up so would recommend booking a table in advance.

It would have been nice if some toiletries were provided such as shower gel/hand soap.

Location, modernness

Mattress wasn’t very comfy

The location near the e river was amazing. Nice and chilled in the hot tub. The lodge facilities were great. Lovely kitchen and lounge area. Simple WiFi instructions. Rooms were clean and was enough space for everyone.

The bathroom floor was lifting slightly. Didn’t effect use, but needed some tlc & the fence and decking outside was overdue some love. But again, ok and not really an issue.

The cleanliness and comfort and facilities were great. Hot tub a great addition we just couldn’t use it as the weather was so bad! Was a really lovely lodge which I’d like to return to again.

Check in and out time! From 4pm is very late considering check out time… you don’t get even 24 hours there if only there for one night!

Amazing from start to finish, great location, great facilities. Lots of parking, amazing views from the hot tub.
