L09 - The Snowdon Spa with Hot Tub

The cleanliness and hot tub wasn’t working properly The fact they told us to bring towels and that was all provided

Very good location, river is visible from the patio.

When checked in and came inside the lodge, notice water in the bathroom on the floor. Called reception and guys came to have a look. Done nothing just told us will fix next morning and gave spare towel to put on the floor. Nobody fixed anything, water was running from back of the toilet and we used our own towels to keep it in the bathroom. Bar/restaurant staff was really nice and helpful but food was 6/10.

The fact the hot tub was empty when we arrived back to use it one day. The shower was either to hot or to cold. The beds or mattresses are really uncomfortable.

great quite location and lovely lodge hot tub was nice and hot too :)

Outside was a bit dirty but its in the middle of nature so expected, toilet is noisy by one of the single beds.
