L09 - The Snowdon Spa with Hot Tub

The receptionist was lovely and kindly let us check in early, the room was nicely presented and the hot tub was clean and ready to use.

I felt that outside of the property, the terrace, the windows and the cooking utensils were dirty. We had to clean them all before using them to cook food.

Hot tub wasn’t the best even on high setting, but didn’t spoil our night.

Clean, tidy and a modern kitchen

Shower was a dribble. Boiler was in fault on arrival, had to fill the system to bring it back online, fortunately we practical and followed the engineer’s instructions. Not a great start at 5pm on a bank holiday Friday.

Great property, very comfortable and enough room for 5 adults and a baby. very close to the zip line which was great for us. the staff were amazing and helped sort out the issues and were so friendly.

unfortunately the hot tub didnt work to start with but was rectified by the end of the stay

The lodge itself was lovely, clean and had plenty of cooking equipment in the kitchen but the only downside was towels were not provided and it wasn't clear in the booking info plus nothing like oven gloves or tea towels ect , little touches that you usually get in holiday accommodation.
