Lovely cottage in a perfect location for visiting the lakes.

It was nice place but nothing to do at all Had a beach but not a shop cafe or anything not really what you want drive way is orful unless you have a jeep to drive ended up with flat tier

It says you can use all the facilities but don’t use them or Youl get a nasty message from the lady that runs it accusing you of (rummaging) not a place I’d visit again Youl have more problems than it’s worth there’s always eyes on you Not for us again anyway Something fell on my car witch smashed the front head light when it was parked at the property Flat tier due to the bad road it leads up to Don’t use there facilities!!!!!!! Take my advise pick another place or cost you arm leg and you end up with hassle from the person in charge when you use her things Why she didn’t have them locked up I don’t no Would solved it all

Lovely little cottage, very peaceful, have already booked to go back. It was great having the woodburner going, keeps the place very toasty.

Nothing to dislike, just be careful on the steps in the wet as they become slippery.

Very cute & quirky little cottage, which is well equipped, clean & spacious. Nice outdoor area in peaceful surroundings. Ideal location for visiting St Bees & Ennerdale we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fabulous value for money wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Nothing we didn’t like although could be even better if outdoor area was enclosed.
