nothing to dislike all was good. Great little place.

the lane leading to it, holes need filling in at some stage, but it is drivable with care especially after the rain.

Brilliantly supplied with everything you might need. Lovely clean and cozy cottage.

we loved the location it was peaceful and great for our dogs, it's amazing cottage we will definitely be booking again everything you need is there the shower oh my God amazing, it was like going from home to home

We had a really lovely stay at Bank End. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more. Everything practical was catered for, well stocked kitchen and utility room, comfortable beds, log burner with all you need for a fire, plus the lovely extras such as the very extensive book shelves, record player, board games and info on local attractions and walks. The cottage is very well located for nearby beauty spots and has a lovely quiet garden. We highly recommend Bank End and would definitely stay here again.

Was a lovely place with everything you’d need. A good base to travel from. We visited Ambleside, Buttermere and Scafell Pike.

Lovely hosts . Comfy bed, fab shower , great views over Dent Fell, peaceful , great amenities and great location to visit lots of places .

Property getting a little tired but excellent value for money and very cosy and clean .
