Absolutely stunning place! Beautiful inside & right at the top of the town tucked away in a cute road. The hosts were hands on with information & a detailed folder was left also so you truly have everything you need. Fantastic place, hoping to stay again soon

"Perfect Norfolk bolt hole"

The host met us and explained where everything was. She was so accommodating and I don't think I've ever stayed somewhere with such a well equipped kitchen - even silver foil and washing up gloves. It's a beautiful little annex off the house only 4-5 mins walk into Fakenham and a great base for exploring Norfolk. The log burner was just lush! We'd like to come again in the Summer to make use of the lovely garden area.

"Beautiful stay"

The tower rooms were just as pictured. Beautifully set out, super comfortable beds. Shops local. Great place to hang out with friends for my birthday.

Only reason I have given a 9/10 was because we had no hot water, however the owner was brilliant and responded quickly and resolved.

"Perfect celebratory weekend with family."

I thought this property was perfect for a stay with family celebrating my in-laws 40th wedding anniversary. They were delighted with their bedroom on the top floor and we loved the room rooms (with inter connecting door) on the first floor. As a host Lena was wonderfully warm and welcoming and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Enjoying the gardens on the last sunny summer-like day was perfect and the facilities provided - including towels and hairdryers were wonderful. A huge thank you from us for a wonderful stay Lena!
