Location. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable.

The bed that was made into the double had a really squeaky base that made a sound every time you moved. This wasn’t a problem as we just moved into the other bedroom, but it would have been if that wasn’t an option. It just needs a repair or replacement, probably not brought to anyone’s attention previously. Otherwise there was nothing we didn’t like.
