Getaway Country Cottage -Entire House w/ Fireplace

Loved loved the cottage. It had lots of character.

Needs better Pillows , no air fryer, needed more tvs. Tv room had small sitting area. Furniture was uncomfortable. Other then that it was perfect.

The house was a perfect location outside of New Bern, not far from the highway. We forgot to bring towels and a few toiletry items and were thrilled to find the house stocked with PLENTY of towels and body soap bars. Coffee pot and Single K Cup machine were available as well as dishwasher. Back deck was spacious and comfortable to hang out in. We didn’t get to use the fire pit but there were stacks of firewood ready to go. Convenient and simple home. It was perfect for a weekend wedding.

It was a great place. Had a wonderful time getting to spend quality time with my son. Would absolutely do it again.

Unfortunately the internet line went down. There was nothing the property owner could do but before she found out what happened she did her best to have it fixed. We were very appreciative of her efforts.

Well I kept the house clean while I was there. Everything was excessable but the mop they had was horid it left strings all over the floor so I went out and bought a new one while I was there and left it. Now I'm being charged with things I used while there? The shower head leaked. The bathtub wouldn't drain and the house is unstable. While going from kitchen to laundry room the floor is really weak. I didn't even get a message on how to check in until I was down there. When I booked the house I was informed thar I would get a message from the person and never did. Bad communication skills.

Close to family members and space for our pet. Really enjoyed the outdoor space. Already booked for June 2023
