"Horrible because of how cold it was."

Location great.

No heating/hot water on day we arrived so we were sat in scarfs & hats freezing, checked boiler Christmas Day needed topping up which should of been done before we arrived obviously not been checked, says on email comprehension welcome pack couldn’t find that. Supposed to stay Christmas Eve till the 27th checked out Christmas Day & got a taxi home which was more money on top of the £459 which we paid for our stay which lasted 1 night, but christmassy at all.

Very traditional cottage in the heart of Richmond. Yes the stairs are steep but we expected this and enjoyed the quirky nature to this cottage. Perfect location for walking and food and drink.

Very central location, everything was within walking distance.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The front door continually comes open. Awkward having to slam the door more than once when leaving the property. This was drawing attention from neighbours and other people staying nearby.

"Klein maar fijn."

Mooie lokatie, alles aanwezig.

"Lovely town and house in great location."

Location was fantastic and Richmond is a delightful town

The stairs were narrow and steep and you had to be very careful. The bed was to soft for two people.
