Millgate Cottage in the heart of Richmond

The location is great

Everything was satisfactory for a weekend stay

Location is excellent! Short walks to shops & attractions. Beautiful views of countryside.

Stairs! Would not have booked this if I had known about the stairs. Definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Kitchen a bit awkward but everything works. Shower very small & a high step up - again not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Smaller than I thought it would be

Great location and lovely cozy cottage

The location - just around the corner from the main town market square, plenty of shops and a very impressive castle. Walk down the hill and you’ll find the river, waterfall and park area. Nicely decorated and comfortable cottage on 3 floors with everything we needed.

The steep stairs were a slight challenge but not too bad. We had to park some distance away from the property but that can’t be helped.

Very clean and had everything, ideal spot. Good information before went.

Steps were steep

Great location. Clean and comfortable.

Not an issue for us and nothing can be done but worth noting the stairs in the property are quite narrow and steep. Also had to park around 10 minutes away but again can't really be helped due to location.
