A Stones Throw to the Beach :-)

Convenient location, very short walk to sea front

Property is a little 'tired' , many stains on couch, armchairs and carpet. Dining room wall had something splashed on it but not cleaned off (or maybe it was a stain). Neighbour was noisey (but you can't control that)

A nice, comfortable space in a perfect location in the centre of Weymouth. Was perfect for a group of friends looking to get away. The owners were very helpful, replied very promptly, and were very understanding even when we misplaced the keys!

Very good location. Central of town. Very short walk to sea front. Close to many other local attractions also.

Hot water tap in kitchen is faulty and needs fixing. No private parking. But close alternative public pay and display car parks. Master bed room bed is not very comfortable.

Stones throw is literally 2 minutes walk from the from the beach, there are plenty of restaurants and take aways locally and parking at the train station is relatively cheap. There are loads of family board games that we took advanced of, the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook at home.

Excellent location. Very quiet considering it was next to a busy road. Beds very comfortable.

Carpets on stairs were a bit shabby and look like they need replacing.

It was very clean and tidy

It was good that the family could spread out and it was a nice touch to leave out a bottle of wine and essentials.

Parking is a problem. It would be more suitable for those travelling by train. One bathroom is okay but a second toilet would have been helpful. Finally, an extra front door key would be useful. I tend to stay out later than the rest of the family and that means that someone had to stay up to let me in.
