A Stones Throw to the Beach :-)

Nice facilities especially the washing machine and bath and close to the beach.

It was on a busy road and the house was a bit tired. The bedroom smelt of tobacco smoke that airing and scented candles did not manage to alleviate.

- unbeatable location (5 min walk from beach and 2 min walk from train station) - plenty of room and bedrooms for a family of 6 - extremely helpful and friendly hosts (Jamie and Angie)

- only one toilet in the property

Close to station and had rooms that we needed Host helpful with refund for parking - thank you

Overnight music and tv noise from next door ALL night - heard in main bedroom - neighbours were not responsive to door knocking to request them to stop.. ( as advised by host) - slept on the sofa instead ! Issue with only giving out code moments before it is ready as being from overseas was different to access mail in such a short time frame - this was discussed prior to our arrival but host could not offer early code info

Neighbour played simply red until 3am !! The property while clean, needs a lot of TLC.

It is a large house only a 5 minute walk from the beach. The owners left us a care package of some milk, wine and biscuits which was very thoughtful. The sofa was huge and comfortable.

It had a damp smell to the house. It was on quite a busy road and parking to unload took us ages. Parking could get quite expensive here!

Comfy living room and sociable area, great location, warm and cosy

The double bed had a very soft mattress and bed frame was very squeaky, think it needs tightening maybe or a new frame as it was loud. Could do with a seat a mirror/dressing table in the main room with a plug.
