"Perfect location"

The location is perfect. Great sized lounge and dining room. Kitchen is a good size too. Having a shower and a bath is a treat Parking close by makes it really easy !

It needs a little tlc in some places.

plenty of room (there were four of us) and good facilities if you wished to eat in. Great for the beach and the station, loads of local pubs around.

Shower works well but could do with a re vamp and the couch in the front room is way to big to just sit on (you have to lounge on it)

Central location and good value for money. The home owners have put some thought and attention into how they present their property with lots of lovely touches including a nice welcome pack.

The stair bannister was quite low and as the stairs were fairly steep its a little scary for tall people! Would benefit from an additional handrail.
