Riverside Cottage in Cairngorms

Beautiful cottage, well positioned very cosy and extremely well equipped. Had everything you needed (ie dishwasher tabs, numerous toilet rolls, washing up liquid etc etc) so really only had to turn up with clothes. Beds were lovely and comfortable and lovely bedding. Beautiful, very well equipped kitchen with great bath and shower. Great bonus of hot tub. Couldn't fault a thing - highly recommended - you will not be disappointed.

Lovely cottage, very comfy, kitchen well equipped and in excellent location . Good spot in hallway for dog bed.

Batteries for tv box seemed to be flat, one of the bedside lights was broken (worked but had to balance it otherwise it electric didn't connect), shower continually dripped, there was no hot water on Monday morning for a shower let alone bath which would have been nice to try out as looked really good.

Comfy beds, floor heating, location, big kitchen, fireplace, big axe, and good vibe

Hot tub takes toooooo long to heat up and if you want to do the hot tub you have to stay and keep adding wood so half your day is gone

It was very cosy and very well equipped

The antique linen was good, but the towels were looking a bit tired. A brush for the hearth would help too

The cottage is beautiful and was spotless. It was very cold in Ballater but on the arrival the cottage was so cosy and the fire was just perfect in the evening. We only used one bedroom but the bed was so comfy, we even took note of the pillow and duvet so we could buy them for ourselves!

The property was beautiful, lovely and clean and in a great area to relax
