La Fonte Di Ortigia

Great location!

Tokens are provided for guests to have breakfast in the friendly café in the delightful square with the fountain. This is a great way to start the day. There is a washing machine which is easy to use. Our host was very ready to help eg with an English channel on the TV. We were offered a very good price. The flat is close to the most attractive public areas in Ortygia.

The flat has almost no natural light and is not an easy place to relax in.

We loved the location, as it was in very close proximity to all the sites within ancient Ortigia.

The apartment was in a perfect location, very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast at a nearby bar was delicious. Diego was incredibly helpful - our plane was delayed and we arrived very late at night but he stayed up to welcome is and make sure we were comfortable. Siracusa is beautiful.

Excellent location in a historical building (1696) right in the heart of Ortigia. Really good modern facilities.

In a fantastic location. And it was still quiet.

I struggled a bit with the key. The lights only worked when you had the key inserted into the switch. And I had to turn the torch on my phone on to then unlock the door. Maybe it was just me being a bit dim!!! (Pun intended!)

The apartment is small but has everything you need,including good air conditioning and strong WiFi . The location is absolutely fantastic, being right in the heart of picturesque Ortigia with great bars and restaurants (literally) on the doorstep. Diego and his dad were unbelievably helpful and attentive, taking so much trouble to find us parking and suggest places to eat and visit. Breakfast at a charming local cafe is included, which makes a lovely start to the day.
