Great location, it has amazing ground works, the owner is really nice and provided valuable info.

The rooms need maintenance, bathroom faucets, toilet door, toiler flusher, needs air conditioner on the second level. Better cleaning job, as cobwebs were everywhere.

Kaladi Rock 1st class location & stay! A piece of paradise! A fantastic location which offers some of the best views on the Island. We stayed in a 2 level, 2 bedroom villa for 5 nights. Our days were spent relaxing by the pool or visiting the local beaches of Kaladi, Avlemonas (a spectacular water hole) and Diakofti beach (a must for turquoise waters). Great restaurants within 15 minutes (suggest Sotiris & Mpotzio). Also suggest visit to Kapsali beach, Livadi & Chora. A beautiful island & stay the hospitality of Mr Panos and his team was 1st class. Location, sea view, good recommendations received from owner and staff

AC not working properly where available (there are rooms with no AC), Wifi working from time to time only outside, no washing machine facilities, no dishwasher, house looking poorly overall, low cleaning services. Constant electricity blackouts. Very dirty pool.

Great accommodation on a fantastic place. Very friendly host, and friendly staff. Great pool with fabulous views. Very nice village close by with excellent restaurants. And of course close to the superb Kaladi beach.

Time for a handy man, to fix some problems.

The location was secluded but within walking distance of delightful Kaladi Beach which we enjoyed. It is not far by car to the small picturesque Avlemonas. Most places you will want to visit are within 1/2 - 1 hr car driving distance. You need a car if visiting Kythira and Kythira has beautiful country side and towns. We enjoyed watching the free range chickens. The accommodation is self sufficient and sustainable however, don’t expect the usual luxury resort. It’s very low key, relaxed and you make your own fun. There are no restaurants or facilities other than the swimming pool. The owner was very helpful and spent time with guests giving advice on the island.

Some things are looking tired and there was no free wi-fi in the room. It was only in the small reception area. Daily water in the room fridge, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine in the room would have been appreciated. We would have liked included daily a small continental breakfast by the pool using their eggs and coffee or tea.

The hosts are incredibly gracious. The resort is located above the cliffs with a beautiful view to the east where we enjoyed sunrises each morning. It is a short walk down to Kaladi Beach with small grey pebbles, crystal clear water, and interesting rock formations. It is less than 10 minutes by car to Avlemonas.

The owner was very helpful, helped us with car rental and gave lots of informations about the island (beaches, restaurants etc). The cleaning staff was very friendly, daily cleaning. Sheets and towels were changed twice a week. The kitchen unit was as described, 2 times we got eggs from the house chicken. Also once an omlett. Our kids loved the 3 dogs at the site (which were really quiet during all the time), Charlie and Lisa were even coming to our appartment for cuddles. Sometimes energy blackout happened, but never lastet more then a few minutes. The view and the swimming pool were perfect. We can recommend Kaladi Rock for a relaxing holiday.
