Property just like the pictures. Clean, spacious and had the wow factor in the kitchen. Great location, near two great pubs. Short walk into the centre. Frodsham was very dog friendly and there was lots of cafes / places to eat nearby.

"Home from home! What a find"

Kate was an amazing host. The key collection was painless as in a lock box. The property guide we were sent prior to arrival was very informative and every aspect covered. The property was spotless and the kitchen had everything you could need. The cottage was situated at the end of a private lane and was very peaceful. Ample parking for 2 cars, we even managed to negotiate our long wheel base van down the lane and park it up. Interior beautifully decorated and modern. couldn't fault anything.

There is nothing to improve. The stay was perfect. We were only sad because we couldn't appreciate the property more as we were working the entire weekend at Oulton Park Gold Cup. We really appreciated our beds at the end of the day though.

This cottage was absolutely gorgeous, from the minute I walked through the door I was greeted with a beautiful hamper, I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids and little girl and then back the night of my wedding with my husband and we received so many special little touches from Kate the owner. It was simply perfect from start to finish and I’m so glad I found this gem! We would definitely book to stay here again.

Tucked down a quiet little lane off a main residential street (worth checking on google maps first if you are arriving in the dark like we did). Its beautiful and secluded. Someone has taken really great care of the garden and its a real sun-trap for some apres on the decking. Aside from that the kitchen has everything and the beds are super comfy. Plenty of room for us, 3 kids and a dog.
