it’s the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Eden cottage with family ! Can’t fault it. Kate the owner lives next door so is on hand if needed so that’s reassuring . House is lovely ! We had everything we needed. Gorgeous outside area where you can sit and relax . Really close to Frodsham centre .. it was the last Saturday of the month and we visited the artisan market which was great.. some fab stalls and great food to be had . Weather wasn’t the best but still managed a bbq . Can’t fault our stay . Oh! And there’s parking too , we had 3 cars . Thanks Kate !

Truly a beautiful home away from home… never been to somewhere so organised with all the info you could need and helpful suggestions for the area. Decorated in a seamless way with all the amenities you could need. Well stocked utensils and cooking equipment.

I can’t list one thing I didn’t like. I would only say I was sad we hadn’t booked for a longer period to fully enjoy how peaceful it is and the beautiful garden.

Gorgeous location and stunning property. Very clean and tidy. In the kitchen was a little welcome box with bits of food and a welcome letter. The also host kindly extended checkout time in the morning of leaving. Overall a perfect stay. 10/10

The property is just like it looks on the photos. Liked the log stove and modern open kitchen. Beds nice and comfy.

It was all lovely. Only improvement would be a tea pot. There may be one but if so we didn’t find it.

Really great communication, property guide was really comprehensive and Eden Cottage really felt like a home from home. Beautiful property, really well equipped and the bed was soooo comfortable! Kate the host was really friendly, really helpful and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend this place and will hopefully stay again soon.

Perfect cottage to stay for the wedding we attended at Delamere Manor. Plenty of space and beautiful kitchen opening up to outside garden room and gardens. Host was very helpful and accommodating.
