Location is fantastic

Cooking equipment- pots/pans and utensils could be better- quite old, and tired.

The location in the centre of Minehead was fantastic, the property is impressive both from the outside and internally, it was larger than I expected and fully equipped with everything that was needed. There is plenty of spare storage areas, particularly in the kitchen cupboards for storing food, unusual in a rental property. Off road parking was adequate even with a larger car. The en-suites in both bedrooms was an unexpected bonus. The heating system was excellent and as it was a cold few days when we were there, it was good to be able to adjust the heat to suit.

The property is in need of some redecoration, but that doesn't detract from this being being an excellent property. The en-suite shower room off the double bedroom is in need of a refurb or a better clean as it does let down a great property.

Lovely place to stay . Clean and comfortable. Near shops and beach. Would definitely stay again.

stayed for New Year 2024. big surprise. doesn't look that big from outside but really spacious inside. its an upside down house... bedrooms down stairs, living space upstairs and it works really great. 2 bedrooms downstairs both with ensuite (1 with shower, 1 with bath) and comfy beds upstairs lounge, dining area and large kitchen with everything you need . can cook a 5 course meal if you wish! also an upstairs toilet which was convenient. on drive private parking. 2 min walk into town, 5 mins to seafront but very quiet. perhaps i shouldn,t say this but for what we paid, I think the property is worth more per stay.

We found a lot of dust and it smelt musty

It felt very homely and was close to the shops and the beach

Master bedroom had small shower room. Would prefer the other room with bath to be main bedroom

Very central for what we were looking to do. We arrived early and Benet allowed us into the property early.

There were no mirrors in the bedroom, only in the bathrooms so had to move a mirror to be able to dry my hair. One small shower - it would be better if there was a shower in the bigger bathroom
