Brilliant spacious cottage in an excellent location. Spacious rooms with plenty of storage. Short walk to the beech, pubs, shops & children’s entertainment. Driveway suitable for medium sized family cars which was perfect for us. Well situated just over an hour of pretty much anywhere ie Woolacombe, Watermouth Castle & Exmoor Zoo

Not a “what didnt you like” more of a suggestion. An outside tap would be handy to wash down any beech wear. I had a look around to see if I could see one (may have just man looked)

Beds, were very comfortable and clean, We had 7 good nights sleep, Heating and Hot water were excellent, Well equipped kitchen, facilities were very good, Great location, Good Wifi

Needs a good deep clean, musky smells (living room suite) All kitchen appliances need a good detailed clean or replacement Mould around shower cubicle and towel radiator not working, Unidentified smell coming from twin bedroom EN Suite , Upstairs toilet also has drain smells, Black mould on most UPVC window frames,
