WILSONS COTTAGE - Cosy Cottage based in the Lake District

I travel a lot for work and renting apartments or holidays homes suits me better when staying away from home for more than 2 nights. The cottage was well-appointed and met my needs for the duration of the stay.

Amazing hot tub bath and the owner was very helpful and attentive. Very cute cottage with plenty of room and facilities. Great stay, would love to come back this year!

Property was in a quiet location.

Toilet seat was broken. Air jets on the bath tub didn’t work. Main bedroom was damp and very cold. Dirty and mouldy bowls and pans were left in the cupboards. Owner is accusing us of braking a plant pot which is positioned right next to the public road when we have repeatedly told him we have not.

Just fire could not use properly ran out of fuel only half a bottle of fluid. Would of been nice to have a bigger bed

It was very clean and comfortable and a good size kitchen, the spa bath was also a nice surprise.

There was not much in the small town around it and definitely needed a car to get around but it was lovely and quiet and very picturesque.

A warm and welcoming country cottage with great amenities a home a away from home with all you need for a great and comfortable stay in a quite country bolt whole super friendly property owners with a great respone time and a welcoming and professional approach
