"A lovely Japanese experience"

As stated house is in a nice quiet location within walking distance of main attractions. The house had everything you could need for a lovely stay.

As previously stated by other reviewers the futon mattress is very thin, so if you’re not used to the camping experience then you may not like the bed.

"Superb"

Beautiful traditional old house, but with modern appliances. Near everything.

We struggled a big with a the doorlock at first. The check-in is in a different place, but near the train station, so that was not an issue. Access to the place itself was only at 16:00, which we found a bit late. The rest was great.

The property is great and spacious with all the facilities you need. Position is great. We felt like we were living the Japanese way.

The futon beds were a bit too thin and we could feel the floor under us. We tried better futons in a Riokan (but it was more expensive).
