Please note that only one large dog or 2 small dogs are allowed in the one and two-bedroom houses, and up to 2 dogs are allowed in the three-bedroom house. An extra one-off fee of GBP 20 applies for one dog, £25 for 2 dogs. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture, If dogs go on beds or furniture a cleaning bill of £100 will apply. Please note that construction work is taking place nearby at the barn from Monday to Friday between 19th March to 30th November and some cottages may be affected by noise.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Lovely location such a shame about the cleanliness of the cottage. Would not stay again."

The location is excellent. Very comfortable bed and clean bedding and towels.

Very dirty. Crumbs and hairs on sofa. Stained sofa and carpets. Toaster with food splatters on it. Dirty glasses. Very tired and drab. Disappointing

Not much was to not like :. No hand wash and only one toilet paper , tea kettle was not clean tea bags still in ..

"The pefect retreat"

Location was perfect, easy to self check in. On a beautiful countryside estate with lovely walks available. The decor was perfect, so cosy. The bed was very comfortable as well. Honestly was a pleasure to stay at and would stay again.

Honestly, if being picky, wifi range didn't extend to the bedroom but worked in the living room. Genuinely cant fault it.
