Please note that only one large dog or 2 small dogs are allowed in the one and two-bedroom houses, and up to 2 dogs are allowed in the three-bedroom house. An extra one-off fee of GBP 20 applies for one dog, £25 for 2 dogs. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture, If dogs go on beds or furniture a cleaning bill of £100 will apply. Please note that construction work is taking place nearby at the barn from Monday to Friday between 19th March to 30th November and some cottages may be affected by noise.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Great location and facilities. Extremely comfortable bed🙂

Struggled to get the right temperature in the shower, either extremely hot or cold. Then lost pressure on second day, assuming next door were having a shower at the same time.

Property was excellently located for our stay in the Peak district, we arrived to find everything ready for us, parking just next to the property and a very quiet location.

on the first day, there was no hot water, the host, suggested we move to an adjacent room for the night and that the hot water issue can only be fixed in the morning, we decided to stay and not move all our belongings to a different room and the hot water was fixed by 7AM next day.

Nice location,warm and comfortable

Could have done with a few extras to improve the stay…. Spare toilet rolls recycling bags…(no encouragement to recycle all just dumped in black bag then put in any bin in waste disposal room). Would have been nice to have at least some essentials milk/bread/butter available as we have at other properties.
