"Casa con grande potenziale......se...."

La struttura si trova in buona posizione a 15/20 minuti dal centro città (fermata autobus nelle vicinanze), in zona molto tranquilla. La casa è comoda e molto carina. Dispone di tre camere e 2 bagni, cucina ben accessoriata con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, soggiorno spazioso.

Scarseggia molto la dotazione del pentolame e quello in uso sarebbero da sostituire. Al nostro arrivo la casa appariva pulita in maniera sommaria: sul tavolo della cucina erano presenti un cuscino del letto e vari sacchetti della spazzatura, sul divano asciugamani (usati?), moquette di due camere e delle scale sporca di escrementi di cane (pulita da noi). La temperatura degli ambienti era di 12,4 °C, in serata la temperatura era ancora di soli 16 ° C.

Lovely, cosy, well appointed property which the owners clearly take great care of. Easy no.19 bus into Princes Street in the city centre.

Location is perfect. Coastal, lovely high street within walking distance. Still on 15 minutes from city centre. Cosy and comfortable. Owners friendly and helpful.

Location was fantastic, easy links into the city and beach in walking distance, plenty of supermarkets and amenities close by. Very comfortable accommodation for group of 6, and garden space is a nice addition.

Could have done with more instructions for heating / hot water / ovens.
