All very freshly decorated modern bright and so close to the city centre bus route. Quiet and near the beach although we did not have time to enjoy it. Too busy with the Festival.

"Great base for Edinburgh"

Great house with plenty of space. Two doubles, a twin and a cot. Modern and clean. Comfortable beds and massive garden. Easy on street parking in a nice quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our group as we were running the marathon so the house is right on the course at mile 4 which made for easy cheering. 30mins on the bus or 13min taxi to the city centre.

Bit tight on towels and toilet paper. Also would have been great to have an extra pan.

"A lovely place to stay and one we would happily revisit"

Comfortable, spacious, well equipped. High soled broadband for devices.

There was nothing to dislike however the shower would benefit from a grab rail
