"Looks fantastic as you pull up but when you get inside it's obvioius it's in need of some TLC."

4.0

Fantastic location and perfect for exploring - nice and quiet with no traffic noise. Parking was easy as right outside of cottage.

Bathroom was a wet room - the shower head was broken - reported it whilst I was there but didn't get a response. Very few lightbulbs in the lights upstairs bedroom. One bed made when 2 guests were staying. Water didn't drain away in the bathroom and floor was permanently wet and very slippy.

Very attractive building in good location with a good kitchen.

The bathroom was a perperual flood zone- all taps and showerhead dripped perpetually and the central bathroom drain was bloçked. Peter promised to attend to this but never did. The mattresses were stained and one side of the lounge sofa was broken.

"The potential to be great, what a pity it came up short, all but for, a little TLC"

7.0

Style and layout of the building, well equipped kitchen and ample furniture in the property Property was light Convenient and close to Weymouth and local amenities

Leaking taps and shower with a wet room that flooded the master bedroom Smell of sewerage Lack of ventilation Racing track of a lane outside the front door of vehicles accessing the camp site No safe walkable access to the sea Ability to contact the hosts prior and during stay was abysmal ( phone calls not returned in a timely manner) Lack of external bins to take rubbish to Staircase to upper galley was narrow and dangerous, as a serious fall hazard Galley floor not suitable for small children's feet. ( uneven hardwood floor boards that were sticking up in places)
