Stunning location and gorgeous cottage. View from hot tub was spectacular!

The was nothing to dislike

Beautiful scenery, gorgeous hot tub. Well kept house, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Felt instantly relaxed! Looks exactly like the pictures. Loved sitting in the garden with company of sheep and a horse. Pub is a 30 second walk which did a great breakfast.

- Helpful and friendly host - Exceptional Views!! - Cosy and homely, the lounge is definitely a highlight inside the cottage as are the lush soft carpets - Incredibly well equipped, especially the bathroom and kitchen - Large main bedroom with huge bed - Hot tub is incredible with a good choice of furniture to relax outside - Super short walk to the pub next door, perfect for cocktails on the terrace! - Just Eat and supermarket (especially Tesco Whoosh) delivery available which is handy if you don't drive and don't want to tackle the walk into town up/down the big hill

These are only if I was being super picky, the stay was exceptional overall! :) - Shower door doesn't seem to fully shut properly but doesn't seem to cause too much of a problem - Some areas of the garden still a work in progress but not an issue since you don't need any space other than the amazing terrace where the hot tub is!! I know this comes down to personal preference and would be ideal for some guests so more for information purposes, the mattress on the main bed is very firm! The duvet is one of the comfiest duvets I've ever used though, it has a nice weight to it! But like I said, that's all the "picky" things because there's really not anything negative to say about this incredible property.

What a place this is! Views for days. Such a cosy cottage and literally has everything you need and more. Gorgeous pub a 30second walk away. Hosts were very responsive and so lovely. Will definitely be returning.

There was nothing we didn't like

Stunning views over the valley & the deer 🦌 at the bottom of the field from the woods. Nice big hot tub & lovely comfy bed. Had a choice of shower or bath, plus plenty of smellies/products to use if you had forgotten your own. Close to The Fleece Inn. Loved the decor & and would definitely stay here again & friends have been asking me about it.

The host pointed out a few small teething problems, which were out of her control & were fine as we were only attending for 1 night & she was trying to get things rectified. Some people have way too many expectations of things.
