Little Oak Seafront House Donaghadee w/ Seaviews

Location was excellent, size of property value for money, easy access to Bangor, Millisle, and Groomsport. Close to town, Beach on doorstep, good for walking the dogs, secure back garden for dogs.

House was a little dated, but clean and comfortable, there was no curtain or blind in the main bathroom, could do with a few more instructions on do's and don'ts, example were we allowed to light the fire as we did have a cold evening, where a fire would have been welcome, are pets allowed upstairs, which we didn't allow ours.

Property needs a deep clean and needs redecoration. Plus broken things need fixing together with fewer personal belongings.

Loved the view of the sea and that you could walk outside and go directly for a lovely walk. It was nice and warm.. Great tv that you could watch movies and utube. The fridge was nice and big and so was the freezer.

Place does need some maintenance as few things not working properly. It could do with a light outside the front door as it is extremely dark.

The views amazing and the peace and quiet was awesome a real wee hidden gem can't wait to return

Certain things would need a bit of TLC but apart from that it's the ideal location for that perfect getaway

Couldnt fault the views and the location......SPECTACULAR.

Place could have done with a little TLC. Curtains hanging off rail in living room, and plaster falling off walls. Could probably have done with a better clean, marks and handprints on paintwork and front porch towards sea bit dusty and mouldy. Kitchen was well equipped, but lacked a little attention to detail, as we found a very very blue molded loaf in bread bin.

Sea view, and relaxing price was good it wasn't a 5 star but I could of stayed longer and we had all we needed.

Location was amazing, my 2 boys and 2 dogs loved it.
