Little Oak Seafront House Donaghadee w/ Seaviews

In a good location and the view from the back is lovely.

Very shabby and run down ! Smelt awful and had to mop, hoover,clean and dust everywhere . Left air fresheners, carpet fresheners and Anti bacterial spray. Absolutely freezing upstairs . Had to buy logs etc to light fire to keep warm . 2nd bathroom was a toilet and sink in a cupboard you could not move in... Lovely and quiet until neighbours start arguing.

We did not request a breakfast option. For our family of four adults the property was warm, comfortable, clean and well equipped, and a really great value. Our host Leon was very responsive when we had questions

We had no concerns or complaints, so no dislikes.

We were here last year and just fell in love with the location. Great as a base to explore the local area. House is comfortable and we loved being so close to the sea. Also a perfect location for our wee dog - away from street/traffic noise

Nothing really to dislike, everything provided that we needed.

The location is exceptional, our dogs loved going for walks off lead. Splendid views. A lovely comfortable home with everything you need and nice and warm. Donaghadee is just a short walk or drive away and there are countless places to visit in the area. Hosts are friendly and helpful

The location was great, and the garden was secure for our dogs, Parking was just adequate for my size of car a MOKKA so ok. Anything larger ?

Oven and grill filfy, Dishwasher left in dirty condition, had to go shopping for toilet rolls, Dishwasher tablet's and hand soap.

The location is absolutely stunning. The sea is literally at the bottom of the garden with beautiful views towards Scotland. We were fortunate to see a huge pod of dolphins on our first day. A short walk into the pretty town and great walking opportunities for the dog.

The property is inexpensive so you get what you pay for. It is rather “tired” and outdated but that is reflected in the price. A decent sign on the main road would help as the turn off for the house is really difficult to spot.

Location and how the house was laid out it was perfect for our elderly dog.
