Large House, sleeps 10 with incredible sea views

Lovely space, beautifully decorated. All well explained and lots of helpful information.

There were 5 of us and we all had our own rooms. The lounge accommodated us well and had great views. The kitchen was large with everything we needed.

Two of the supporting slats in my bed broke but the host could not have anticipated that and there was another bed in my room so it wasn't a problem. In fact I wouldn't have mentioned it but I had nothing else I didn't like!

Great location with a 5 minute walk to the harbour. Wonderful panoramic views of the harbour and sea. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Kitchen is spot on and well stocked with cutlery, utensils etc even a Nespresso Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Lovely showers and baths

Some parts of the decor in need of sprucing up (particularly the wood floors) No off street parking available which may be an issue in the high summer season Wall to next property is thin so could hear general conversation from next door one evening

This is a great house in the centre of Ilfracombe. It was easily large enough for our party of nine, and had everything that was needed for a few days. Good views from the balcony and upper floor bedrooms. Nice style throughout the house. Super easy arrangements for access when we arrived.

Great views. Good sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge / dining area, plenty of space for 9 of us. Good location to explore Ilfracombe and lots of beaches nearby. Helpful communication with owners. Managed to park 3 cars on the road.

Some basic toiletries would have been handy, but that's a minor point

The house had lots of space and was in an ideal location
