Triple Deck Cottage 2 mins from Mevgaissey Harbour

Triple Deck cottage was perfect for our stay. We were Grandparents travelling with our daughter and two grandchildren and the set up of the rooms was perfect as we each had our own space. The bedding was very good with all quality linen and the decor overall was a no clutter but classy style. Location was excellent.Thank You we Loved it.

The location was just a short stroll from shops,pubs and harbour Great amenities at the house games and books heated clothes dryer and a small courtyard just to name a few Stylishly decorated and very clean Hosts were very helpful before we stayed and communicating regularly with reminders The heaters were adequate to warm us up in the chillier times and these were all through the house. Bonuses were tv in bedroom and box of goodies in kitchen with 2 washing pods some matches spare batteries which was a great idea. Washing machine/dryer to use if needed.

The side entrance was tricky as I had a mobility scooter. There's a deep step to navigate and a parked car belonging to a neighbour but we managed There was not much space to place toiletries so a shelf would have been great just under mirror. If arriving late then a small carton of milk would be lovely to find. we got some from the local chippy as we wanted a tea.

Great location for the harbour. The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious.

Was very homely, kitchen was compact but well equipped.

Unfortunately the sewer pipe from next door was gushing out with sewage the Yh didn’t work the lamp didn’t work neither did the radiator quite poor considering

The location of Triple Deck was excellent and the parking very convenient.

Beautiful 3 story townhouse, everything we needed was supplied. 2 mins walked to the harbour, such a beautiful location. Accommodation was immaculate and clean

No parking outside of the property, little awkward for unpacking, packing and shopping...bit car park wasn't too far away

Cottage brilliant. One bathroom, just about managed with us 3 sharing.

Proper instructions needed for TV and recycling. Also we discovered door to back of parking that cuts down the long walk round.

The cottage is in a fabulous position very close to the harbour and town and is well furnished with everything you need, we only used the front first floor bedroom but found the bed very comfy The bathroom is very modern but unfortunately the shower is very very poor, with little water pressure Sadly neither heaters worked in the lounge or dining room and as the sofa is pushed right up against the lounge heater even if it had worked it would be dangerous as they are electric heaters We were there in good weather however the house is chilly so not comfortable There is a log burner but only enough logs for a couple of hours and you are expected to buy logs, personally we felt at over £125 a night heating should be included We did e mail at first thing in the morning after our first night however were in bed the following night before we got a reply and as it was our last day we didn't want people in the house however I cannot believe both heaters had gone faulty overnight before we arrived There is a TV in the bedroom but unfortunately no power cable they did say they could drop one in for our last night but this again is mentioned in other reviews?? Lastly the courtyard which quite frankly is a joke, it's about the size of a door laid flat, it has a table and chairs but the chairs are on the table as there isn't room to put them out , next doors toilet waste is leaking onto the decking so it not safe to even put you dog out there
