Triple Deck Cottage 2 mins from Mevgaissey Harbour

Location is perfect and the cottage is nicely presented and clean. Good value for money and looking forward to staying again.

Only small negative would be that it was slightly confusing regarding the parking and we accidently drove into the smaller ANPR car park closer to the property. Instructions on where to park prior to arriving could be provided and be much clearer in the future :)

The property is in a good location and within walking distance to the facilities offered in Mevagissey.There are a number of lovely restaurants and pubs. In particular The Ship served great food. The cliff top walks were lovely and gave great views over the harbour .It is a good sized property for a weekend break.

The property was well presented however the mattress in the main bedroom on the second floor was quite uncomfortable on one side with the springs evident - definitely needs renewing.The upper floor double bedroom needs another bedside table and lamps.Night time toilet visits from the top rooms are not suitable for people with any mobility issues!

Good location When we phoned host over TV, lady came out straight away. Said she knew remote was missing for tv in bedroom

No remote control for bedroom TV Remote control for lounge old and not working properly Parking instructions email was sent a day after we arrived, so had to pay for parking. Someone else’s makeup under bed. Not enough logs for fire. Not enough toilet paper.

Excellent location with free parking.

Court yard so small we felt this was not represented or described correctly & had I known it was so tiny I wouldn't have booked. Fridge tiny & not enough shelves Went in march so not huge issue but in summer I'd need curtains otherwise I'd be awake so early due to the amount of light the white blinds let in. Quilt very light, really needs option to add a heavy throw/blanket so can turn heating off as this wastes electricity Sofa very uncomfortable Bathroom floor has shiny floor tiles, I slipped twice stepping out of bath onto the mat - mat needs rubber backing to try & prevent this

The house was clean and in good position within Mevagissey. The host provided lots of usefull information in a welcome pack.

The property is listed as having a dishwasher, when in fact there is not one. This was dissapointing as we stayed over a Christmas and spent a large proportion of time washing up, which we do not like. The first bed on the right as you walk through the door in the room with two single beds was extremely uncomfortable. The person who tried sleeping on it only managed two nights as they could feel the springs digging in their back, so they opted to sleep on the downstairs sofa which was not ideal.

This property is beautiful. Very spacious. Loved the open plan setting. The real log fire was a bonus. Short work away from the village centre which worked out great for visiting the local bakeries first thing for fresh pastries. Hidden beaches that are crystal clear are a 10 minute walk away. As a family we went every morning for a swim and exercise before we started our day.

One of our family members has mobility issues. The bath tub was amazing for us because its deep but for this particular family member , they could not get in and out of the bath tub with assistance. As the step up and out is big with no hand rails.
