"A break in Yorkshire"

Great location to explore the area. Plenty of facilities locally, all in walking distance. Very cosy cottage. Could live here. Helmsley is a beautiful place. The church and castle in Pickering are wonderful places to visit. Got to York for the cricket. Shame we didn't get to do Dalby Forest parkrun but, that was cancelled by Forestry Commission due to the Forest fires.

Perfect location in central of Pickering. The cleanliness was spotless and the cottage smelt nice and fresh. It was nicely decorated and had everything you could need. Candy was an expecptional host and helped with queries we had. Great value for money and we will be returning. Cheers.

"Town retreat"

Great location, comfortable house with everything you need. Loved being able to walk around the town from the front door. Got parked out front easily. The cupcakes & milk was a lovely gesture. The beds were comfy and the fan in the top bedroom was very handy. Shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. We had some live music from the hotel behind on Friday night but it didn't go on too late so not really an issue. Candy was very helpful and responded quickly to messages.
