Lark Cottage

Absolutely gem, close to the centre, vintage and quirky! Quite possibly one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. A bonus of fresh milk in the fridge and mince pies, which was very much appreciated. Cottage was spotless and really homely. We loved it.

Great location ..clean and tidy cottage right in the heart of pickering ..lovely cottage nice and warm ..beds comfy and nice private yard for the dog ..would book again and candy is a very nice owner regarding parking and check in etc

Bathroom needs an air vent as there is a smell always there from the drains which was a shame as everything else was great..some bigger cups needed in kitchen as there only small when having a cuppa ..

The house was perfectly situated near the heart of Pickering and not far from the bus stop from York. The cottage was in immaculate condition and had everything you could possibly need. The rooms were quaint and had good period feel.

It is a little dark and the single bed was on a lean, needs replacing

Ideally centrally based for the local attractions, shops and takeaways are minutes away. Really cosy and comfortable cottage, just like a home from home.👍

Location was excellent, was very quiet at night for being on main road and so close to town, beds comfortable, great shower, everything we needed for our stay, thanks Candy

there wasn't anything we didn't like,

Lots of hot water. Very clean. Well equipped. Thoughtful extras e.g. milk, home made cakes, tea bags etc. Location.

Concern that the bedroom in the roof had no window that would open. Street parking was difficult at times.
