"Very good"

Everything in good condition and clean. Very retro, which made it relaxing. Milk and cupcakes were a special touch. Good location for buses.

"Perfect - Home away from home."

The cottage was lovely and my family felt right at home. I requested a crib for my son and the owner sorted one out no problem! The location couldn’t be anymore than perfect. We came via Coastliner and It only took us a few minutes to walk to the cottage from the bus stop (The Royal Oak). Less than 5 minute walk to Co-Op, into Town and less than 10 minute walk to Pickering Railway Station & not far from Pickering Castle! Perfect getaway from the City life for us! The owner was great with communication and very friendly. We would love to stay again. We were sad to leave! Thank you Candy!

"Lovely long weekend break."

Lovely cottage in a great location, great local facilities - nice pubs and restaurants, particularly the Black Swan and Namaste Indian restaurant. Trips to Goathland, Whitby and Scarborough well worth doing - lovely places to visit.
