Monday Seaside Cottage

The old world charm that's makes it homely. Excellent kitchen and utensils. Great opportunity to take your pets if travelling with them. Close to beach and big park with skatebowl, basketball and flying fox. Good outside space available. Only 10 minute easy drive to Whanganui.

If you are tall the shower head is low, but this is an old house. Bit brisk in winter in laundry and bathroom in July.

Coffee and tea provided but no milk.

Loved the beautiful vibe of the cottage. Definitely makes me want to return. Our two little dogs were well catered for with an outside area that was completely fenced in.

Advertised as 2 bedroom but definitely not 2 bedrooms just a shared sleeping space with a small screen. Toilet unacceptable as extremely cramped and difficult to use.

We liked the cottage and the furnishings and decorations that supplemented its historic nature. The eclectic collection of vinyl records and record player were an added bonus.

Nothing, although the bathroom and toilet area was rather small but not a major problem.

The cottage had everything we needed to be cozy, safe and playful! Across the street was a cute playground with a zip line we could use! Also the beach was amazing to walk on! So beautiful! And we loved listening to the records which included one of our favorite groups - Pink Floyd! It was very relaxing and peaceful.
