Church Farm Cottage

Beautiful property. Very clean and cozy. Would recommend it to anyone. In the lovely village of Northleach which took a whole afternoon to try to explore.

Loved the village of Northleach! Great pub and great cafe on the doorstep. Comfy beds. Lots of space.

Having a garden was nice Good space inside, quiet Lots of games and books, including for children

Some areas need cleaning WiFi very patchy Paint peeling above bath in ensuite No explanation as to why there is no parking outside the property, despite signs saying residents can park

Lovely quirky cottage. Bedrooms good size and en suite fabulous. Although we didn’t use many things there were loads of games, books, dvds and even toys for little ones. Really good range of toiletries too. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Lovely outdoor space with bbqs too! Excellent.

Only being a bit picky here - lounge rug could do with being replaced and maybe some touching up of paintwork

Appearance seems nice. You are not allowed to park outside the ground even tho there is room for 3 cars and being residents their for your time of stay. Still not allowed. (Residents only parking) . The stairs in the building are not the easiest to get up and down, very steep with spiral stairs, steps really narrow, cleaning was fair, but we had to bleach the cups and tea,coffee,and sugar pot was sticky.stains on cushions in lounge, I know it's not a hotel. But as a holiday cottage, it's a no from me, been to cleaner caravan parks. Couldn't get heating on, no instructions just instruction saying turn to on, but still no heat. Apparently its set mid summer temp, british weather is cold. 2nghts was enough,

Beautiful cottage in stunning location. Spacious and charmingly quirky.

Some areas of the cottage needed some TLC. For example, some kitchen utensils and crockery needed replacing; oven needed cleaning; garden furniture looked neglected; ironing board cover needs replacing. The bathroom which is described as ‘en-suite’ is more open plan and needs re-thinking. On entry there was a smell of dogs.
