The Little House at EVOO

Hosts were very nice and helpful. Great place to stay with our 2 small puppies. Locations was great. Well stocked in the event you forgot something. Would stay again!

The living area could have been set up in a different layout so there could have been more seating.

Echo Valley Outdoor Oasis is aptly named. The Little House was certainly an oasis. Everything was super-clean and well-organized. We've stayed at numerous short-term rental properties, but have never checked in to find such a thorough and helpful house manual detailing how everything works, where everything can be found, the numerous on-property amenities, and the array of off-property attractions. Likewise, the property is meticulously labeled, from light switches to drawers to cabinets, so everything was easy to find and use, and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and cooking ingredients. The oasis aspect of the property is particularly evidenced by the very private spring-fed swimming hole located down in the woods in front of the house, accompanied by a picnic table and grill, all of which is lit up at night should an evening dip in its cool waters seem inviting. We took advantage of this treasure both in the day and the evening, as the outdoor temperatures were in the mid-nineties. Back in the house, though, the AC kept us perfectly comfortable, and we slept soundly in the large master bed. Although we weren't traveling with children, this would be a great place to stay with kids, as there is not only much to explore outside, but also a kid's nook off the living room furnished with all kinds or games, books, and toys. Finally, our host Karen was very nice and easy to contact when we had any questions.

Perfect spot, loved the cleanliness, the hospitality, there plenty of open space to walk, brought my dog, she had a blast especially in the stream with nice clear water walking distance from the house, definitely would stay again, we had so much fun.

This was a great little place to stay. The hosts make you feel so comfortable and welcome. We will definitely be looking to stay at this place again. Wonderful experience.

Beautiful property. Very clean and the host was friendly and accomadating. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.
