The Little House at EVOO

The place exceeded our expectations. The hosts thought of everything that we could possibly need. It was like staying at a friend's house. The location was perfect because we needed to meet friends in Smithville and Cookeville. We even enjoyed an afternoon at the swimming hole. The place was perfect for our dogs, and the hosts provided wonderful amenities just for them. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip to this area.

I cannot think of anything that we didn't like or that the hosts could have provided to have made our stay any better.

There is so much attention to detail and passion poured into this place. Can not even begin to say how welcoming and at home you feel here.

They only this we didn’t like was that we had to leave and go back home.

The location is perfect if you are visiting Cummins Falls, there is other two beautiful parks that are near by (Burgess falls & window cliffs) . The house is very detailed and spacious. Larger than what is seen in the pictures.

The internet connection is almost null or slow but it helps to disconnect.

Nothing loved the house

After doing my research. I can see why people said the place was a 10 out of 10. They were 100% correct. Definitely a place that I would use again and again. All I can say folks, 10 out of 10.

It was central located to a lot of hiking and fishing. Also they layout and great open concept and comfortable.

Great value! Host was very accommodating and friendly. Also provided all the amenities of home (right down to the spices and condiments) which allowed for a lot less packing and carrying. Will most definitely be planning a return trip to this property!
