The little house was so cute and cozy! We had the best stays! Karen went out her way to be reachable and check in on us with anything we might need! We will definitely be back!! The property was just gorgeous !!

"Cute, Quiet, and Convenient"

The location was perfect for our plans. The host responded quickly when texted. The place was way bigger than anticipated. Everything was labeled well with clear instructions and there weren't a bunch of check out jobs to perform.

The coded lock didn't line up correctly so you have to put pressure on the door to get it to lock. It took a few tries to get the door locked when we would leave the property.

This is a nature lover's DREAM! Everything was BETTER than advertised! The swimming hole in the pictures is deeper than it appears...and it's COLD (which was great after a hot hike to nearby Burgess Falls). The owner was incredibly down-to-earth and filled with information about the history of the property and the surrounding area. The amenities in our cabin were more than expected. Condiments, spices, butter and, even EGGS were all available to us. If you want wide open spaces AND seclusion at the same time, this IS your place!

Can't think of anything we didn't like (which is rare these days)!

Great rustic guest house out in the country, less than 10 minutes from Tech campus. Very clean. Easy check-in and check-out process. I would definitely rent from this owner again.

Everything is so we'll put together! Very peaceful. Facilities were very clean,ease of use, nisely decorated. The scenery was nice and pretty.

"The perfect little getaway"

The Little House at EVOO was perfect for our overnight trip to Cummins Falls. Quiet, comfortable, and beautiful. The house was stocked with anything we could have needed and everything was labeled making it so easy to find. We hope to be able to come back and stay longer sometime so that we can enjoy all the property has to offer!

Everything was amazing we had everything we needed very pleasant and unique house

We didn’t really get to enjoy the property like we wanted to because it rained all weekend
