Spectatular Views

The owner was extremely helpful when we had problems with the heatpump. It was nice and roomy for two families and overall it had all the facilities we needed.

We were there in July and it would have been great to use the fires as although once we got heat pumps working properly we were warm, we were lucky the weather was fine, and we didn't have wet ski gear as this would have been hard to dry. The location isn't great for getting back from ski field as took two hours to get from Frankton to Fernhill at 5pm. It is great for getting into town though either by walking or taking the bus for $2. There are a few stairs in the property so you would need to be able to climb stairs easily. We did run out of water when we all had showers around the same time.

Lots of toilets which was great! Super comfy and spacious. Great kitchen, very user friendly. Very helpful host too!

Limited hot water with a group of 12 was the only downfall.

Parking is limited on site. The room downstairs smells musty.

The View. The size of the dining and living areas. Location was handy. Nice to have ensuites with the rooms. The size of the place. The different levels.

One couch particularly dirty. To the extent no one wanted to sit on it. Some of the couch cushions were a tad manky. The steps to the deck were pretty dodge. There were slaters in a lot of rooms. The rails on the stairs were loose. The downstairs room had a hole in the ceiling. There was a hole in the ceiling in the kitchen by the light. The downstairs room was in poor condition. The front door was not fitted properly. The ads online that came up when you googled Spectacular Views was not the house we stayed in.

no where to park on street as we were expected to even though we had 2 cars that could have easily parked in the parking space. this was super annoying for a group
